Kendall GM, Jack Shuttleworth, Performs at Comedy for Kids’ Sake Benefitting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon

Kendall Bend GM, Jack Shuttleworth, performed at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon annual fundraiser, Comedy for Kids’ Sake. The 2023 fundraiser & show marked the 26th year for BBBS of hosting this incredible community event at the Tower Theatre. This year’s event featured two comedians, Jack Shuttleworth and Tyler Boeh, in addition to a live and silent auction generously supported by our Central Oregon businesses.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon is a mentor-mentee program that assures young people that someone cares, will be there through challenges, and help them see the strength in themselves. Mentoring has been shown to improve the futures of mentees through better grades, achievement of higher levels of education, and improved relationships. With the funds raised at Comedy for Kids’ Sake, BBBS will be able to match more mentors to our Central Oregon youth and provide them with memories & experiences that will last a lifetime.

Jack had not been on the comedy stage in over 10 years but committed to partnering with BBBS to support the cause and make it back on one of Central Oregon’s biggest stages at the Tower Theatre. His show consisted of stories about his family, work experiences, life in your 40’s, and beyond. On behalf of the entire Kendall family, we are SO proud of Jack and his ability to make all of us laugh for over 20 minutes straight.
