NO SNOW, NEW COURSE, SAME POLE PEDAL PADDLE! CELEBRATE 50 YEARS OF THE PPP BY PARTICIPATING, CHEERING, OR VOLUNTEERING!

May 1st, 2026 by
The 2026 Pole Pedal Paddle is set for May 16th, 2026, and Kendall Central Oregon is thrilled to sponsor & compete in this classic Central Oregon event. This year’s race marks the 50th Anniversary of the event, which is Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation largest annual fundraiser. As a Major Sponsor of the event, we are not only supporters, but competitors as well! This year, Kendall Auto staff will be competing in the business category with five separate teams, and we are excited to compete alongside our amazing community.
A huge shoutout goes out to Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation and Mt. Bachelor for quickly developing a new course due to the lack of snow on the mountain this year. Their teams have been working hard to provide the same memorable experience with the addition of a Mountain Run and Fun Run to take place of the traditional Nordic and Alpine ski legs. In fact, this season’s snowpack is as low as it was the same year of the first official running of the Pole Pedal Paddle. What a commemorative way to celebrate the 50th annual event!
If you are not planning on competing in this year’s event, there are still ways to get involved! MBSEF is looking for 100 critical race-day volunteers. Pole Pedal Paddle volunteers are an essential piece to making the experience fun, seamless, and safe.

INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING?
