Santa & The Kendall Elves Deliver Stockings to the Ronald McDonald House & St. Charles Pediatrics

This Holiday season, the Kendall team worked with Santa to build & deliver stockings for our brave superheroes receiving medical care. Every child deserves a stocking for Christmas, especially when they are traveling for or receiving medical care! On Day 9 of 12 Days of Caring, the Kendall Elves delivered stockings to the Ronald McDonald House and the Pediatrics & NICU units at St. Charles. At the Ronald McDonald House, the Kendall team also set up a hot chocolate bar for the seven families currently staying there. The stockings were filled with Slumberkins Hero Camp sets, so the kids receiving medical care & their siblings can feel a little braver during a difficult time.

The Hero Camp sets were designed to help children discover their own superpowers, by embarking on a journey with the otter kin & his friends. These sets include a cape, books, kins, and a game to teach kids how to set boundaries, ask for help, and show kindness. In addition to Slumberkins sets, the Kendall team filled stockings with socks, activities, décor, and essentials to make their stay at the Ronald McDonald House or St. Charles a bit more joyful. Thank you to the Ronald McDonald House for providing a home away from home for families all over the United States, and to the nurses at St. Charles for providing the best care in Central Oregon.
