Stuffed with Gratitude: Toy Drive Benefitting the Giving Plate’s Jingle Store Highlights!
Everyone deserves to give their loved ones the perfect Holiday gifts, which is why we partnered with The Giving Plate to support their annual Jingle Store. The Giving Plate transforms the Riverhouse into a magical wonderland, where low-to-moderate income kids not only get to shop for their families (for free thanks to your toy donations), but also have the opportunity to meet Santa, snowy princesses, Buddy the Elf, and so much more. Local businesses around Central Oregon host Toy Drives leading up to the event, where our customers and community make toy donations for children up to 17 years old. At the event, these toys are displayed for kids to shop with their Jingle bucks and find the perfect gifts for their siblings. The Jingle Store encompasses the magic of the Holidays, with both memorable experiences and the opportunity to empower children to give back to their loved ones with no financial limits.
This year, the Jingle Store served another record-breaking number of children in Central Oregon ages 2-17. From the entire Kendall team, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to our customers, staff, and community for filling our Toy Drive boxes under each Kendall rooftop. The boxes were overflowing with books, plush toys, bikes, games, and so much more. Each gift donated went from our dealerships to the Jingle Store, and under Central Oregon families Christmas trees.
