12 Days of Caring – HOLI-DAYS OF EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION

During 12 Days of Caring, we focus on giving back to our customers, community, and coworkers through a variety of initiatives. The Kendall team got to have some fun during these 12 Days with a white elephant gift exchange, friendly (but very competitive) gingerbread house building competition, ugly sweater contest, and celebration to wrap up the Holiday Season.

WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE HIGHLIGHTS

We asked our employees to put on their best “pretend like you like it faces” and participate in a White Elephant Gift Exchange! After the gifts unwrapped today, I don’t think anyone was pretending – these were genuine smiles!

UGLY SWEATER CONTEST HIGHLIGHTS

Yule have to excuse our ugly sweaters… the Kendall Central Oregon team pulled out their best (ugliest sweaters). Congratulations to our winners under each rooftop, we hope you felt your ugliest this Holiday Season!

GINGERBREAD HOUSE BUILDING CONTEST HIGHLIGHTS

Kendall team members used every crumb, candy, and ounce of frosting to build some beautiful gingerbread houses. But not your classic houses, our Kendall crew made tree houses, Kendall villages, and even a life-size home. Voting was extremely close between the Kendall village and the life-size house, made out of graham crackers and yes, real frosting.

WHOBILATION AT KENDALLVILLE HIGHLIGHTS

No one should be alone on Christmas, especially the Kendall Central Oregon family! The Kendall team celebrated the last day of 12 Days of Caring at the Whobilation at Kendallville, and it was one to remember. From appearances from Santa and the Grinch, a competitive costume contest, a holiday feast & drinks, and some awesome prizes, it was joyful & triumphant!
