Sparrow, a Lab Mix, is extremely smart & playful

Meet adoptable adorable dog, Sparrow, or as his foster parent calls him, Ro! He is a 1-year-old beautiful brown lab retriever mix who is super smart and eager to please! He came into the shelter lacking some confidence but has made wonderful progress while in his foster home. We’ve learned that he loves romping around in a yard and would make a great adventure buddy! He’s extremely snuggly and enjoys sleeping in bed with his foster parents. He is a well-rounded dog that with a little patience and love, will shine in his new home!

Sparrow loves the company of other dogs but is still learning how to properly play with them. He would do best as the only dog in the home as he matures but could do ok with certain dogs. He is looking for a cat free home with older kids. He weights between 60-65 lbs., is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Sparrow is currently in a foster home so if you are interested in meeting him, please give the shelter a call before heading out. He will make the ultimutt best friend to his new family!
