Kendall Cares Eugene Helps Provide Thanksgiving Meal Baskets

It was a privilege and an honor for the Kendall Cares team of Eugene to partner with the Hope Project and the Eugene Emeralds again this Holiday season.
Together we helped provide nearly 200 Thanksgiving meal baskets (160 fully cooked and 30+ ready to make at home) to families affected by the Holiday Farm Fire.
More than 800lbs of turkey was cooked, including the 14 turkeys that Amy Newport, Kendall Oregon Community Outreach Director, cooked herself. (Rumor has it that after cooking all those turkeys Amy started a new tradition, and served prime rib for Thanksgiving this year. lol)
