Pole Pedal Paddle
The Pole Pedal Paddle is one of Central Oregon’s most unique community events; it goes like this:
- Alpine Ski down Mt. Bachelor
- 8km Cross Country Ski
- 22 Mile Road Bike from Mt. Bachelor to Athletic Club of Bend
- 5 Mile run on the Deschutes River Trail
- 1.5 Mile Kayak on the Deschutes River
- 1 Mile Sprint through the Old Mill to the Finish!
The race can be completed individually, in a pair, or with a team – We had TWO teams from Bend Imports that competed in the event, and they both did incredible! Huge congratulations to our team, Prestige Worldwide (Christian Dreyer, Chris Root, Albert Rodriguez, Stefan Wutte, Justin Sutton, and Micah Lay) for coming in FIRST PLACE in their category. Another huge congrats to our second team, 50 Shades of Age (Ken Gillett, Colter Edde, Armando Quiroz, Maliah Sutton, Tyler Miller, and Brandon Kittrell) for being very competitive in the race. We are SO proud of our teams and thank you to all that made the sponsorship an incredible experience.
